Today was a good day! In fact it was better than a good day. I got up after a good rest and headed to
Elkhardt to church with mom & dad. The scripture reading for today was ....you guessed it,
Pslam 118:24.
I need to remember that! Not just today, but everyday, no matter what the day may bring.
It really is all about perspective.
From church, we went to Arby's for lunch. We sat there and talked for a long time. It was good. I
was telling them about my day with the boys yesterday. Getting Andrew glasses, getting ice cream,
getting some new clothes for both boys, and generally just enjoying being together. That's two
weekends in a row that I'm been with the boys. Last weekend for Gracie & David's graduation, and
this weekend just because. It's times like this when memories are made. I wouldn't trade it for the world!
Gracie and David are safely in NJ for the week and head down to the shore tomorrow, Lohryn & Kaitlyn are in a better place, Ellie is good, and basically, life is good. Actually ,better than good
I say heavenly just about sums it up! The weather, beautiful, the kids; great, the ice cream...well,
like I said, heavenly!
